Ingredients
½ cup roasted almonds, sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
14 oz can pineapple tidbits
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp orange marmalade

Directions
1.
Add oil to wok or skillet. Stir-fry chicken over high heat
for 3-4 minutes and stir in bell pepper, undrained pineapple,
celery, and mint. |

Add marmalade to wok, cook and stir till heated through. Sprinkle
with almonds before serving. |
