Ingredients
4 chicken quarters (thighs and drumsticks)
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions

Combine soy sauce, honey, sesame seed, oil, ginger, and garlic. |

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Add chicken to soy mixture. Cover;
marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. |

Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Grill directly over medium
coals for 25 to 30 minutes or till chicken is tender and no
longer pink, turning and brushing with marinade frequently. |
