Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
½ teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
14 ½ oz can chopped tomatoes
¼ cup dry white wine
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
¼ cup pitted ripe olives, quartered
Directions

In a saucepan heat oil. Add garlic, thyme, and oregano. Cook
and stir till garlic is tender. |

Add undrained tomatoes and wine. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, till desired consistency. |

Stir chicken and olives into tomato mixture. Cook and stir for
1-2 minutes or till heated through. Spoon over hot pasta of
choice and serve immediately. |
