Ingredients
1 tomato, peeled and finely chopped
½ cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp dry red wine
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
Few drops Tabasco sauce 4 chicken quarters (thighs and drumsticks)

Directions
1.
In a shallow glass or ceramic bowl combine tomato, tomato
sauce, wine, oil, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Italian
seasoning, and Tabasco sauce. |

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Add chicken to tomato mixture, turning
to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour,
turning occasionally. |

Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Grill directly over medium
coals 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning and
brushing with marinade frequently. |
