3 lbs chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 ¼ oz package French onion soup mix
2 cups canned apricot nectar
16 oz can apricot halves drained |

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the chicken pieces in a casserole
dish. Mix the French onion soup mix with the apricot nectar
and pour over the chicken. |

Bake, covered, for 50 minutes, then add the drained apricot
halves and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve the chicken with
creamy mashed potatoes or rice to soak up all the juices. |
